Jeff Gabert
Jeff Gabert is a graduate of the inaugural massage therapy program at Langara College. Throughout the program he was fortunate to work with diverse populations and benefitted from the knowledge shared by fantastic teachers and fellow RMT’s. Jeff has a special interest in treating chronic pain and fatigue, particularly those dealing with arthritis.
He regularly leads talks and workshops for the Arthritis Society dealing with coping skills and tips for pain management. Another area of interest for Jeff is sports massage and injury rehabilitation. He will be spending a week this summer travelling and working on the competitors of the BC Bike race, keeping them in riding shape.
Jeff seeks to aid the body in its natural healing process and help clients implement a homecare program that will facilitate their recovery.
By employing a variety of massage techniques including: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and muscle energy; Jeff creates a unique and client centered massage treatment.
Outside of massage, Jeff enjoys cycling the seawall, weight training, playing music and a weekly trivia night. “I look forward to meeting you and working together.”
Emma Sise
Emma's grounded demeanor and strong, slow treatments provide a space for self-awareness and integration for all of her clients, whether in cases of healing from acute injury, working through chronic pain and systemic condition management, or enjoying holistic relaxation and release.
Client-centered care and collaboration is at the core of her massage practice, as well as guiding the breath as a tool to deepen and expand the experiential capacity of the nervous system. Her goal is to support you in cultivating curiosity and attunement in the intentions that you bring to the treatment room.
With a background in fine art and somatics, a reverence for tactility and self expression has been central to Emma's life from an early age. She graduated with honors from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2022 and knows her learning from the human form will be life-long.
A few of her favourite things to spend her time doing include sleeping, gardening, cooking and baking, weaving, and dancing.
