Harmony Family Wellness offers acupuncture for all stages of life. Our highly qualified acupuncturists have extensive experience working with pregnancy and postpartum, as well as with a wide range of other conditions both acute and chronic.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
At Harmony, we aim to eliminate the root of a disease rather than just its symptoms, thus achieving a state that is truly dis-ease free. Chinese medicinals can be used safely for people of all ages.
Craniosacral therapy (CST)
Harmony’s Craniosacral therapist has extensive experience working with a wide range of conditions. The techniques used are very gentle making this therapy excellent for everyone from the newborn to the very aged.
Massage Therapy
Harmony Family Wellness has highly competent massage therapists that work with a wide client base. Massage can help prevent pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress and promote health and wellness throughout life.
Osteopathy
At Harmony Wellness, our osteopath works from a place inspired by the human potential to heal. The Manipulations are very gentle and subtle, but results can be profound and dramatic. Osteopathy is excellent for babies, pregnant mothers, and all others wanting gentle treatment for physical imbalances.
Yoga Therapy
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) is a holistic practice that uses client-centered dialogue, meditation, touch and assisted movement–the combined elements of yoga and body mind psychology–to help you explore your relationships with your body, thoughts, feelings and life. Based in the belief that each of us has the capacity to live from a place of inner-wisdom, the practitioner doesn’t asses, interpret or offer advice, but rather invites self-awareness and supports exploration without judgment.
