Lisa has worked in the field of health and wellness since 2006. Upon graduating from Adler University with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, her focus has been in providing mental health support services to youth, adults, couples and families.

Following a strengths based perspective, Lisa’s work aims to draw on her clients’ inner strengths to highlight their resilience and ability to keep fighting during challenging times. Lisa’s therapeutic competencies are in treating youth and adults of all ages who are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem and self-acceptance, grief and loss, and issues involving interpersonal relationships. She further specializes in counselling adolescent girls and young women in the areas of self-harming behaviour, disordered eating, and perfectionism.
